How to get rid of false court case

I have charged falsely in a criminal case where I do not have any connection whatsoever under section 341/323/506/34 to take vengenance against my accused who filed case.Nothing is happening in court, I'm getting only dates in 1year interval. The case is hampering my professional life as I'm not able to renew my passport due to this case. Please suggest how to resolve this case as soon as possible. I have documentry evidence that I was not present in the spot if the incident is actually happend.
dear client as per your query since your case is in the lower court and you are saying you were not involved in this case you can apply for quashing of the case in High court so that the case gets over is the chargesheet filed..
