How to get protection u/s 420 in delhi

My question is that what are the chances of anticipatory bail in 420cases in delhi in case we dont know whether fir hv been lodged or not? But as a protective blanket what can we do to avoid arrest at 100%rate.
See the most important step in criminal litigation for an accused/suspect is to decide the timing of filing an anticipatory bail. Since, it shows the apprehension of alleged guilt. So, if the situation is such that arrest is going to happen with certainty then only I would advice an anticipatory bail.

The chances of the bail will depend upon the charge sheet contents.Therefore it is also pertinent to know what are the contents of FIR then only bail provision can be applied.So please specify what are the ingredients on which FIR has been lodged and weather charge sheet has been filed or not.Please contact for further details thanks.

If you have apprehension that you can be arrested in the said case you can file anticipatory bail before appropriate court. If lower court dismiss it you can also file the same before high court. For better advice you need to personally come and explain the facts and circumstances of your case.
