How to get expert opinion in medical negligence case

I have all medical records to prove gross negligence but need an expert opinion who can be approached for opinion.
first you have not explained the nature of case of incident , for expert opinion differs from case to case , medical records must suppt with evidence then only court forward with it and supreme Court guidelines must be followed and even other laws

You can send a notice first to the hospital accused of gross negligence and you should also get the records verified by any other doctor who can certify there's negligence... Therafter you can file a complaint in consumer forum and claim for damages

it's left to you to decide .Any advocates of your choice .Medical negliance shoild have good evidence. corrabated with opinion from good doctor as second opinion.u can file the case against the doctors. all document should be intact and a second opinion from a doctor stating that there was a medical negligence medical negligence.
