How to get charge sheet to the accused person

Iam accused in ipc 376 .police filing charge sheet to court in june month . In july last this court transfer the case to session court now the case is not numbered yet . When i get the charge sheet who inform me ? Is it available only after my request? Is it send to my lawyer only? When it available only after summons from court to trail?
You will be served with summons for your appearance before the court. After entering your appearance you will be given the copy of the charge sheet and during which time you need to apply for bail against arrest.

it is is the court's duty to give charge sheet to the accused person before conducting the trial. so any how the court has the duty to give the charge sheet along with FIR and other documents and the court cannot proceed to the next stage i.e trial before giving you the copies of the aforementioned documents
