How to get back the property which was taken by forging signature

My father had the property in his name but my Father's elder brother cheated by acting emotionally and took the sign from both of my Mother and Father. Any chances of getting back the property now. Please guide us

if you are so aggrieved by the act of your father and mother, then a civil suit to declare the document so executed as null and void as your parents may have been deceived by your father's brother and to seek possession and declaration claiming that the property be restored to your parents, during the pendency of the case, you may also try for a compromise if the other side is also willing to settle the matter for speedy remedy.
