How to get a false kidnapping allegation removed

I have been accused of kidnapping of my friend by her family. My friend Female Age 19 has been out of her house for 9 months due to her father's torture and is living on her own in a rented accommodation as her father had on my contact number and name he filed a case against me on July 2016 and the cops called me on march 2017. I have contact with her nd i have even provided the contact details to the police. she has also spoken to the IO after that and verified she is an adult and has left her house on her own terms and i have nothing to do with this. She even spoke to out local Station's OC via phone and given her satement what next step should I take to remove such false false allegation on my part .

You must immediately write a letter addressing the police station. Moreover, you must ask the girl to write a letter alongwith you as well as you must also send a copy to the commissioner as well. It is a delicate way to do kindly visit a lawyer too.

MY OPINION THAT i have follow your case, & come to the conclusion that you have many ways to protect your from the false allegations & as well as you have taken steps against the party /parties for false allegations against you.

contact with the IO of the case again and request him to submit Final Report of the case before the concern court and obtain a copy of that report either from court or from police for your further reference.
