How to get a certified copy of a chargesheet by the accused before Cognizance has been taken in any criminal case?

If you are on bail then you can apply for certified copies of the chargesheet before congnizance is being taken. Hopefully any qualified clerk or Learned lawyer can help in your situation. Regards
