How to get a bail from 409,420,419,406,506 ipc

My friend in JC in last 45 days how to get bail from session court already two time rejected by session court give.what is the next step Please guide me.

For what offence is your friend in judicial custody ? Once the sessions court rejects the bail application then the accused has the option to apply for bail in the High Court. The accused has to place a bail application which will be placed before the high court. After hearing the bail application, the high court if convinced will grant bail.
