How to file legal notice against bf who promised to marry?

I was in relationship for 2.5 years. He has promised to marry but now he is refusing because of caste issue. He knew it before that his parents will not accept intercaste marriage but haven't conveyed me about this issue. He stopped talking to me no response to my calls or msgs. I feel like cheated. He used me for his physical intimacy and mentally for 2.5 years in the promise of marriage. I approached his family they were verbally abusing me and spoiling my character. Almost everyone in his family verbally abused my character and supporting his mistake. Because of them i get suicidal tendency. They even doing gender discrimination (Boys will do the mistake and girls should be quiet). I have all the proofs of photographs ,some chats and some voice recordings. How can i proceed ?this should not happen to any other girl...
