sir i had a girlfrind,..my girlfrind cheat me,she had physical relation with other 2 boys.actully she use to cheat me..i had spent huge money on her ...finall she logged false complation on police station..police came to my instituate..finally she taken back his complation..because he knew this was faise..so could i file a case for defamation...and froud and cheating against me??????.i am hindu
first of all give a written complaint in the police station of your area that the girl is threatening you to file a false case against you again and giving threats to marry her. get it attested from police and keep it with you this will save you from further cases if she makes any. yes you can file a defamation case on her . in order to file a case on her and complaint to police station you can contact me further i will prepare it for you .
