How to file Defamation case against

My neighbour an woman registered false NCR 323/504, woman statement written in NCR can be prove with evidence that it is false. All this done by a man who hv person dispute with me, the man shown as witness for this case. Current status: 155 (2) from district court, and police issue 41A to me. What i can do in this matter ? i want to file defamation case.
You cannot file a defamation case until the investigation is complete. If it goes into trial and you win, you can file a malicious prosecution case against the complainant.

well you cannot file defamation case directly although you can file defamation case along with a case of malicious prosecution. But court will entertain this malicious prosecution and defamation case only after once that false NCR/323/504 gets disposed off.
