How to file an appeal against the order of acquittal

Respected sir/madam My mother had filed a case U/S-31 of the Protection Of Women From The Domestic Violence against the accused persons in the year 2014 & after considering the entire case that the Ld. Judicial Magistrate acquitted the accused persons from that case on 15.06.2018 but my mother is not satisfied with the said judgment/order & now she decided to challenge the said judgment but my question is that can my mother file appeal against the said judgment in the High Court without going to the sessions court , is it possible in law then please answer me in this regard as early as possible.

You must go before sessions court before going to high court because if high court refuses your case will become weak. I personally suggest go one at a time and please dont get mislead. Rest is at your discretion

No .You have to first approach to session court and thereafter if you are aggrieved by the impugned order of the session court,you can file case before Honble High court.I don't know what kind of relief u sought for in your complaint.
