how to file a case for death threat ?, How to win the case they enter our home started giving abuses and thretning that i will kill u or sail u somewhere

Go to the Police Station of your area and file a detailed written complaint giving full details of 'them'. The Police will register case against 'them' and 'they' may be punished for house trespass, abusing and threatening to kill.

for such cases you should first complain it to the police station nearest to you about threatening and danger to life Also if nothing is done with regard to this you can complain it to police officials Thereafter after case is registered under sec. 506 of IPC

THERE IS NO PROVISION UNDER THE LAW TO WIN A CASE. HOWEVER MATTER MAY BE REPORTED TO THE LAOCAL POLICE STATION IN RESPCET OF INCIDENT. IF THEY DO NOT REGISTER THE FIR. KINDLY MOVE THE APPROPIRATE COURT TO LODGE THE FIR .
