How to file a grievance to metropolitan magistrate?

19-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Can I file grievance by submitting a memo addressed to the chief magistrate handwritten or typed or is there a prescribe format? I shall submit the memo on the next date of hearing. Meanwhile, can I sent an email to registrar addressing it to chief magistrate as I could not find chief magistrate office email address.

Dear Sir, You cannot send such letters to chief judicial magistrate or metropolitan magistrate which may result in contempt of court. You may either appoint Advocate on your behalf or if you have any grievance you may send the same in writing to the Registrar Vigilance, High Court of Karnataka (any other State) and thus your grievance may be resolved.
