how to facing chque bounce case

sir i was loan from one person rs.200000 for business purpose at the time i give my chque 4 leaf .i cant return suddenly so he is file case for me he wrote on the cheque amount is 265000 and 500000 respectly.after receving notice i was transfer to his bank ac 35000 .even than person was file the case for me.and also give summon from magistrate court...for accused case but i am not in that place already i am working in dubai ..ow what i do sir pls help me
Yes you can represent before the court and you can defend your case stating that you have given 35,000 already and further the person has instituted a false case and based on the documents available with you you can win the case. Further I request you to mention the number of cheques and other documents in the written arguments itself so that he cannot use those cheques in the future for further amount.

first you have to get AB from Madras High court. try to attend the court through advocate. nowadays cheque bounce cases are serious in India and supreme court are issuing many directions on that. prove your genuinely before the court
