How to close under ipc 420,408 case

Respected sir/madam I worked in MNC company as collection executive for 3years, company filed a case on me in 2022feb under 408,420 section. I went to remand for 1month and im going to court since 1year now the stage is in "summons to witness " . I don't know what is happening and what will happen next ,my advocate is not responding .can I settle this case in lokadalat now.please tell me sir/madam.

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to those allegations and if your advocate is not responding then you could obtain NOC from him

you can file quash petition before the High court or otherwise you can file discharge petition before the concern magistrate and can ask a speedy trial for you by way of filing criminal petition in the High court
