How to check if an fir is filed against me

I was involved in an altercation with my tenant(a woman).
I lost my temper and hit her. There were no injuries though.
But she has taken up this in police station and the police are looking for me. I fear harassment or blackmail from them(police included).
Want to ensure, what complaint is given. If any fir is raised.
Can i find out, if any fir is raised, without visiting the police station
1. you can check the FIR copy in police station and even in the court also
2. the copy of the complaint and complaint details can also be checked in police station and court also.
3.you can check in court and police station to ensure that fir is raised on you or not
