How to change investigation officer

A FIR lodged after 156(3) crpc order when informants file application for the status of compliance of order then police lodged FIR but police doesn't file status report with court , Now informat want to change the investigation officer in a rape case then what to do for that

you can file an application before Police commissioner in the district and you can LH and the existing investigation officer tempering with evidence and not taking the relevant evidence in support of complaint you can also approach to court depending on the representation you have made regarding unfair investigation by the existing investigating official
