How to bail accused when the is victim is his own brother

How to apply for bail (IPC 326) when the victim is his own little brother and saying the case registered by the police is totally fake. Police never took any statement from anyone before registering the case, now the accused is in jail for almost 20days. The injuries suffered by the victim is completely accidental and the victim does not want that his elder brother (accused) remains in jail. Pls help me with your expert advice. How victim can help to bail the accused ?

File one bail petition before the local Criminal Court. While preferring the bail application, annexed one affidavit sworn by his brother regarding the incident and explain how it was actually an accident and not intended force or action. Moreover, in case you desires, you can also approach the High Court for quashing of the F. I. R.
