The petitioner should approach the High court based on the nature of order passed by HC. You need to identify the grounds for challenges as well. Based on the Order passed and grounds of challenge petitioner can approach HC under various sections and articles. The general limit to challenge an order is 90 days. It's advisable to contact me and provide details to identify the exact section in which you should approach HC

You can’t file a second revision since it’s barred by law. However, you may approach high court to challenge the sessions court order within the limitation period. For further assistance please contact us.

If a revision petition was allowed by the Sessions Judge reversing the trial court’s order, the aggrieved party may challenge it by filing a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India before the High Court. Alternatively, if substantial questions of law or miscarriage of justice arise, a criminal writ petition under Article 226 may also be maintainable. There is no specific limitation period under Article 226/227, but the petition must be filed within a reasonable time, ideally within 90 days from the date of the Sessions Court order. Delay must be properly explained and justified in the petition if it exceeds the reasonable period.
