HOW TO APPLY PITESION FOR REMOVE NAME IN SUSPECTED SHEET IN AREA POLIC

My name is chittabattina manohar I have theft case section (ipc 379&411)in fast 9years back and that case is closed . And correctly I am suffered suspected charge sheet in my name they are called for every situation for theft cases enquiry since 9years to continue so. Please I request to solve how to removing options for suspected sheet for my name and how to where to apply. So please giving me the solution.

hi if there is any suspect sheet pending against you then you could file writ petition in high court to close that suspect sheet as the cases pending against you are closed long back and keep it pending now affects your life and liberty
