Extracting CDR without permission. Threatening my friends on phone as they have call records. demanded house to be transfered in her name, she have befriended men around the house i stay. Filed a false case 498, brings all her men friends to submit witness in FIR.

you may approach the High Court for quashing orÂ
file discharge application before the same court. You may file private complaint against such persons who are supporting her illegally. You must create a situation that she in illegal relationship with them. Thus you may defend yourself. At the end the result will be acquittal judgment. Not to worry.
