How much time does it take to list a quashing case on website

My quashing petition is freshly filed in Jharkhand High Court against IPC 498 (A) in March 2018 but still my case hearing didn't came to the concern judge and it is a single bench. I talk to my present lawyer he only say that that your case number will come according to daily cause list entered in the computer system of Jharkhand High Court. I regularly check the in the Jharkhand High Court website about my case status and also daily check list according to my case hearing date. By the this pace it will take one year at least for my case hearing to the concern judge. Please advise me really for freshly filed cases in the Jharkhand High Court does it takes this much of time for your case to come to the concern judge bench?
Thanks for contacting. As per your query it is advisable to you that the case needs mentioning as per the urgency of the case. Whenever any case is filed then based on the urgency we mention before the concerned bench so that it may be taken up for hearing urgently otherwise in usual course it will take long time. And when mentioning will be allowed then hon'ble court will fix date for hearing and on that date hearing will be done.

Well, your question is not concerned with the legal issue, and is exactly the matter of administration of Hon'ble court .
Moreover, you should have to trust your Lawyer. Of course entire system is computerized now a days.The lawyer concerned may mention for early hearing , but it depends on various factors.

At present, the computer system mandates no out of turn listing unless ordered by Hon'ble Bench. So, you cannot much do anything. However, you can contact few persons who might advise you to have it taken up preferentially by mentioning, filing an IA, etc. There is little scope, but can be tried, if not already done.
