Hello client
I have read your query.the bail depends on the section on which the chargesheet has been filled against you in the offences you have commited and as your question is concern.to get bail bail from high court it will take 24 hours if henious crime is not involved.otherwise a weak.just after the judgement is pronounced bail is possible frm session court only but iy depends on the advocate who is dealing your case

Hello Client,
It shall depend on the facts and circumstances of the case and also if heinous crime is not involved. However, as regards your specific question, please note that it could be 24 hours to get bail from High Court. You must meet an Advocate with all case details. With limited information, only an assumption can be made, an opinion is impossible to be made

Yes it is possible to get bail from high court but it is upon discretion of the court that how much time it will take place and also depends upon the type of case. Charges that are applied on the party and it also depends on whether the offence is cognizable or non cognizable
