If someone hacks someones card online and transacts from it what would be the punishment age of criminal is 16

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if someone hacks the card that is a serious offence of forgery as can register a complaint in cyber cell which can have imprisonment of more than 3yrs or more as well as fine discretion of the court and upon the allegations made against the accused for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
