How long will it take to come out of jail arrested in a fraud case
25-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Need to know how long will it take to secure release on bail. Was remanded to 4 days. How long before he comes out. Petition will be filed after 4days. Appears he has been implicated. Works in a state govt corporation. Someone said it will take at least a month or even upto 6 months.
Depends upon the circumstances of the case.. What kind of offence he is in custody.. If you can tell me about the offence it will be more convinient for me.. Bail can be granted in fraud case .. From session and high court

Hi please suggest since when he is arrested, what kind of fraud is it in which he is falsley implicated. Is there any recovery which police is looking for, if no recovery Is to be made then bail application can be filed as there will be no fruitful purpose can be served by detaining the accused in judicial custody. Complete case detail and analysis of FIR can determine when it is appropriate to apply for bail.

If he was remanded for 4 days then he has to be released thereafter unless the Court extends the remand which you must oppose. Highly recommended that you hire a Counsel and let him appear in Court and try and get regular bail from Court as soon as possible. Should not take very long. Rest depends on the facts of the case.

Hi,
It is all depend upon the gravity of offence and involvement of accused and after every thing it depends on the judge, because bail is given under the discretionary power of the court.
Thanks & Regards
