Hello

Bail is not a lengthy process. It would be safe to say that your bail application wont take more than 2-3 months.

However the process does depend on urgency and courts burden. Though bail shouldn't take much time.

Feel free to approach me for bail to take it from the High Court

Respected Sir,
based on your query i would suggest you to contact in person as the documents and order of the session court pertaining to your bail is required to be assessed as soon as possible. After which, we can proceed to file an application for bail before high court and depending upon normal circumstances a maximum of month will be taken or lesser than that and not beyond that.

The bail application is rejected by the Session court, Surat. The order passed by the session, Surat is challenge before the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, At Ahmedabad. the said application is for admission hearing within one week from the date filling of the said application before the registry of the high court.
