IF YOU DON'T RESPOND TO THE SUMMONS AND INSPITE OF SERVICE OF SUMMONS YOU DON'T APPEAR THERE IS NO RULE TO ISSUE ANOTHER SUMMONS THE COURT HAS THE POWER TO ISSUE BAILABLE WARRANT FIRST AND THEN IF U DON'T APPEAR THEN COURT CAN ISSUE NON BAILABLE WARRANT

What can be done in the case of inactive Anti corruption Bureau ? We reported a corrupted government officer 3 years back but nothing has happened since then and no action has been taken from ACB wing of our city. Which department & official to approach and take this to the next level ?

IF YOU HAVE TAKEN RS. 6,00,000.00 SIX LACS FROM HIM AND HAD ISSUED A CHEQUE BUT THE SAID CHEQUE WAS RETURNED UNPAID BY THE BANK BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS . AS YOU HAD TAKEN MONEY AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETURN BECAUSE YOU DON'T HV FUNDS . IF HE WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE COURT THE COURT MAY ASK YOU TO DEPOSIT 15-20 % TO DEFEND YOURSELF SO EITHER MEET HIM AND TRY TO MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND AND GIVE HIM SOME SURE SCHEDULE OF RETURNING MONEY

Q: Clarification regarding settlement in cheque bounce case

Sir i took 7lac on intrest from a friend and paid him monthly 18000 for 3yrs but now we are unable to pay intrest and pri ncipal due to we are fully lost in businezz he have claimed on us cheque bounce case and we recieve summons but we are readdy to pay the amount in instalment of 15000 per month wil the court agree with us and help us to do this settlement

if you have received the summons from the court about the same u need to attend the court first and u need to understand how much amount cheque return has been claimed. also need to convince the court based on the pending amount as per your proposal it counts ts rs. 1,80,000.00 per year which i don't think the court will agree as they wont have mentioned that you have paid them rs. 6,48,000.00 as per monthly instalment of rs. 18,000.00 for three years.

Q: Someone harassing family and giving threatening messages to family

Sir/Ma'am, Now, a days my family suffer from a problem of harassment for money. One guy who call for money to my father. And he never call for money directly, he always try different ways. Sometime he says my mother's health is weak and sometime my wife's health is weak. Now, we don't know whatever he said is right or wrong. There is no perticular reason behind call for money. Even he give a threats to my father to kidnapped him or do something wrong with him. Now, we can't live peasfully. He call for money again and again and also comes to our home minimum 2-3 times in a week.

IF SOMEONE IS HARASSING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY LIKE THIS AND IF YOU KNOW THAT PERSON THEN WHY ARE U SHYING FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT PERSON OF EXTORTION AND FOR THREATENING AS WELL AS CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION. YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE POLICE ABOUT THIS. DON'T WAIT
