In case you have been convicted, file your appeal and after 2-3 months file suspension of sentence, you ll be free. In case your trial is pending, keep trying. Chances are that you get bail soon. There is not thumb rule, only judge need to get convinced.

There is no time limit for getting bail in NDPS cases. It depend upon case to case quantum of substance. For more information you have show us FIR then only we would be able to say anything. Fix an appointment with us

It depends upon the quantity of the drug which was recovered. And the previous criminal record of the accused. For better advise do share the copy of F.I.R. as from the contents of the F.I.R. we can only advise.

its depends upon the quantity of drugs normally within 120 t0 180 days please u share the details of FIR and where the FIR registered . there are so many option for bail but without fir i can't say any thing about bail regards adv Pradeep Sharma

First of all we have to look at the contents of FIR and the quantity of the manufactured drug whether it is small quantity or commercial quantity. There are greater chances of bail of the manufactured drug is of small quantity.
