How it affects case if girl give rape case for 2nd time .

I was sexual assaulted on the pretext on marriage by intoxication and by hiding his marriage.Followed by which i gave complaint.
After psychological recovering i wanted to move on and starting seeing alliance for marriage. I met a person he told his past and even i shared my trauma . We both agreed for marriage.he sexual assault me when i was alone . After engagement he started abusing and taunting by saying "you are not virgin" and hitting by bring my past so that I should only cancel marriage
You can file a case of sexual assault. But if a person is so assaulting and offensive then it is better you cancel the marriage and move on to search for a better person for you. Surely you can file a complaint of sexual assault against the said person.

You have to protest strongly by lodging complaint against such person and even rape case may be registered against him. He seems to have advantage of your background history and now playing with you. If Police fail to register FIR then file Private Complaint against him.
