How is this possible in 376 fabricated FIR case

When a 40 year old highly educated MD doctor lady alleges forced rape saying it happened 7 months ago and she was in same room with him even prior to that and the guy has the proof of that. How can a guy not rape when she was with him for 20 days before and raped only on 22nd day ?????nnCan justice be blind???nnShe in her statements says from the begining the person was bad then why she wishes to marry him ????nnThen false promise to marry also. Can such fabricated statements survive

In the initial stage , the statement of the woman will have the weightage but during the proceedings there will be no medical report to prove rape and also the intention of the woman is shown malafide .As per the latest supreme court judgement,false promise to marry is not rape given the circumstances of the case.
