How I may challenge false FIR in lower court in first Appearance?

14-Feb-2024 (In Criminal Law)
My daughter in law made a false FIR against our five persons including my son U/s 498A/506/406/34IPC & dp act,3 & 4.and did not produce a single piece of document/medical paper in support of the FIR . So after appeal for quashing to High court we four got relief except my son, now how can my son moved the case without facing trial and dismiss the FIR?

It is advisable to file a discharge application challenging the complaint , however in case the chargesheet has been filed already , you would have to provide a strong case for discharge reason the trial court shall not overlook the grounds for not getting the relief from the Hon'ble High Court .
