How i get my share in my hausbands fd amount?

My hausband expired before 6 months. My husband and mother in law having a joint account in cooperative bank . But immediately after my husbands death my mother in law withdrawn whole amount. Bank or my mother in law without informed me. Now how i claim for the said amount ? Pls advice
hi madam, it is not permissible to take money if she is not the nominee of the bank account, first you will have to send legal notice for bank and also to your mother in law, and then you can recover the amount if she is not paying your money. kindly contact me for further legal assistance. thanks.

You can file succession certificate in the jurisdictional court by furnishing all the account information of your husband with his death certificate and ask court to direct the bank to pay to you. As they have already paid the amount to your mother in law you can make her also as party before court
