How get relief from false court case

I have charged falsely in a criminal case where I do not have any connection whatsoever under section 341/323/506/34 to take vengenance against my accused who filed case.Nothing is happening in court, I'm getting only dates in 1year interval. The case is hampering my professional life as I'm not able to renew my passport due to this case. Please suggest how to resolve this case as soon as possible. I have documentry evidence that I was not present in the spot if the incident is actually happend.

Hello, The best possible recourse for you is to file an application before the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta to quash the matter against you and if required the others also. You can also file an application before the lower Court to renew your passport.
