How can I transfer case from sessions court to High court

01-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have filed atrocity against sc st case which is running in sessions court. The judge is clearly biased is wat our lawyers say, ignoring clearing evidences and favouring the perpetrators. I want to transfer case from the said judge to high court, can I do that? I feel I may have sufficient proof against the leniency awarded by the judge which has amounted to irreparable loss to me so far, thereby defeating purpose of justice inspire of overwhelming legal evidences. Can I transfer this criminal case to Bombay high court?

In an appeal to higher court from the lower/ sub-ordinate court may be maintained, if grounds seems accountable as per respective law of ACT. Basically, it depends what kind of atrocities have been committed. In Rarerest of rare case on the basis of gravious offence or accusation have been made and on basis of which evidence have been made is taken into consideration before court of law as per there jurisdiction of court of law.

You can put up an application before the High court under section 407 Cr.P.C to transfer the case to High court or other sessions judge. But you will need to put up strong narrative before the High court.
