HOW CAN I SURRENDER THE BAIL,AS THE ACCUSED IS NO MORE

I have given a bail for one of my friend in 2017 for two different cases but chargesheet is still pending in one caseOne of case is on trial and another one is not on trial yetnAnd my friend got expired on 30th July 2022.i wants to surrender bail.how can I surrender the bail.

you can move an application for the same in the court where the matter is pending subject to the condition that court must be aware of his death and case has been abated with respect to him and also no conviction of fine is pending or due from him.

you seem to be surety for your friend who had furnished bail. in such case you can file application with death certificate of your friend in cases with request for cancellation of your surety bond. in fact it was your friend who had furnished bail and you stood as his surety.
