How can I recover money that I paid for a business scam?

I had a visit to one of my friend, he shown me all his sign of his progressing i.e. travelling in flights, BMW, etc etc...i am not having a job so i thought lets starts something so that i should also have something in my hand. so he told me to invest 3 lakh rs in a business and start the same and with this i will be getting a travelling package and a business concept on which i will also have to indulge other people in this business, so over all he manipulated me in some way and i took money from my dad, my dad warned me that beware of fraud but i neglected him, at last i am from one of those business scam victims. I was not having transaction rights to international level so he told me to transfer money in his account and i did it, its a year ago incident December 2016, i have a RTGS slip of transaction in in his account, i told him that i will not be able to do it, i dont have any friend circle but he manipulated me again and again and at last i suffered, so what i can do to ?
