How can I file a insolvency from my local loan sharks they are coming to my shop every day not allowing me to do business I can't bears it and due to them I change my location as there are threatening me , im an heart patient I can't take it anymore can any one help with can I file insolvency, will loan sharks harrase me even after I file insolvency,

hi you could file insolvency petition that you dont have enough money to pay the loan and ask them to not to harass to loan guys and that you had not been liable to pay anything and need to disclose your assets and liabilities
