How can final judgement deliver on site without final hearing

Dear Sir , My mother had filed a case U/S-31 of the P.W.D.V Act against the accused persons before the Judicial Magistrate Court in the year 2014 but the said case not been end yet however the copy of final judgment has been uploaded in the court website even I got the sever copy of the said final judgment where I have seen that the accused persons have been acquitted from this case but the said case is still going on & the current status of this case is that the court ordered the accused to be present on the next date on 2.07.2018 at the time of judgment i.d W/A will be issued against them , how is it possible sir? We are really surprised . Till now, my mother did not inform this news to her lawyer so what my mother will do at this time ? Please give me the answer in this regard as early as possible. Thank You.
