Is it anticipatory bail or regular bail? It depends upon the contents of FIR and complaint. If the contents of FIR does not contain prima facie case bail is granted to even in non bailable offence. The above sections are non bailable in nature.

Dear Sir, In normal course you can get bail if the prosecutor do not object for any other reason. Though the offences seems to be serious in nature but normally the Courts will allow such bail applications provided it does not involve offences against the Society itself and that the victims involved should not be more than 5 persons.

A s offence is non bailable in natur approach an advocate get certified cooy of fir complaint and file anticipatory bail and u wll get bail so move before court and obtain same and u willl certainly get anticipatory bail
