Good morning sir Sir Maine 4 years pahle ek co-operative bank se home loan liya Hua hai jise main niymit bhar raha hu, pichle 2 month ka emi mai nahi bhar paya hu kyonki mere bhai ki beti ki shadi me mai gaav yaya tha sir Phir bank walo ne mere se pahle se liya hua security cheque per 472000/- ka ammount bharkar bounce kar diya aur ab ye hame 138 ke tahat advocate ka notice bheja hai jo ek week pahle aaya hai jabki mera monthly emi 9700/- hai sir pls hamara madad kijiye sir pls
Notice ka reply bhejiye aur bataiye 2 months ka emi kyun nahi bhar paye aur bharne k liye tayar hain jo bhi fine k sath jitna hota hai aur jo cheque dala hai unhone wo aapke permission k bina dala hai
