Sir due to some property issues if False FIR registered against me under BNS section 76 but After primary investigation by IO he said that no evidence against me so he removed my name from chargesheet does it affect my upsc career means to become IPS
no it will not impact your career unless the case remains pending against you or you have been convicted by court.
even after Name removal by io petitioner can again proceed against u saying he wants fair investigation.
