Please be specific about the type of case under which sections and act and also the court jurisdiction? Usually appeal period is 30-60 days Also it is important the reasoning given by the concerned court for dismissal of your application/petition and whether appeal is maintainable or not.

Well, if you want to file an Appeal in High Court, then, you need to file it within 30 Days from the Date on which you have received Judgement or Final Copy Order. If you delay, then, you need to file an Application for Delay Condonation.

You have 60 days to Appeal a judgment in the High Court from the Sessions Court or Magistrate Court. Ensure the Appeal is filed within the above given time frame to avoid complications in seeking further remedies.
