Hiw To Get Bail if The Court Has Issued Summons And NBW

I have been booked in 420 & 408 Case by my old Boss, has I have cleared his dues in 2017 and he promised to take back case but he did not took back I think, charge sheet filed in 2018,FIR booked in 2017,I was granted an bail in 2017, but now I got a call for Summons and I think u have been issue Summons and NBW, pls guide to proceed in this case
don't worry, appear before the court and apply for bail u/s 437 and follow the procedures followed in concerned court , the court will consider your bail application and also you have to comply conditions imposed in previous bail application such as surety , and even you have to get recall the NBW filing application , approach advocate they guide you otherwise it's hectic to understand.
