Hire prostitute and goes lodge

If some one hire prostitute (18+) and goes lodge but they can not catch by cops in that time , the person paying in ph-pay , in future any problem faced this person for paying in online ?

hi first we need to see there were as any FIR registered against you and if it is there you could file quash petition against you stating that it is filed based on the allegations and you are not connected to offences mentioned in FIR
