Hi,nnIs it criminal offense to get the proof points of my girldfirnd's affair with her boss through private detective agency and make it reach to her boss's wife?

Dear Sir, Yes, you cannot get proofs at the cost of personal liberty of your girl friend who is having relationship with her boss. You cannot lodge any complaint against her since if you lodge any such complaint you will be in danger as she may lodge false complaint against you. You have not established any relationship with her legally until you marry her. Please take wise decision.
