HinI am ordered to give her maintenance under 125 since 2015. nIn 2021, she remarried secretly in a village (no cards, no big function or invitations) and she was still taking maintenance amount.I tried a lot but could not get any photos of her marriage etc but I could obtain the following:n1. She got pregnant and she was enrolled for pregnancy benefits in Aangan Wadi (women & child dev dept)n2. Her name was updated in the family of her husband SAMAGRA FAMILYnnWith these two proofs I approached a Bhopal court (first gave a complaint in Thane for FIR in 420 which Thane didn't take any action on) to register a case against her (156/3 and 200 CRPC) but the court rejected the case saying "she didn't say she has not married in front of any court"nnSHould I go into appeals?nnAs taking money from me even after marrying again is cheating with me and taking my money illegally. nnShe hid her marriage from me and court which ordered 125 as wellnCan any expert suggest if this a case of 420 ?
