Higher Price than flipkart price

I bought a headset for 1900 in nearby shop, In flipkart same product has price of 1200. Next day, I visited the shop to refund the extra amount they took, or else I wanted to return the product. They are did not take return, also they did not refund me the extra amount saying online prices will differ from retail price. I want to return the product or else i want the extra 700 they took. I got furious on their response. When I asked to return my product they did not treat me properly.

Dear Sir, You may contact concerned officers and lodge a complaint or to the Police. It being a small amount you may not pursue the matter. You have accepted the transaction but the shop keeper cheated you. You may make the subject matter viral on the social network.
