In how many days does a full bench urgent crime case come up for a cause list once the petition has been accepted by the High Court?

Dear Sir, You must be not knowing the procedure of hearing cases by the Hon'ble Division Bench of Karnataka. High Court. Your advocate has to move EARLY HEARING APPLICATION Before that Court and see that it is taken up on board. This is possible for High Court Advocate who are either designated High Court Senior Advocates or having face value.

Listing of a case in high court is absolutely the discretionary power of the registrar as he is the in charge of the rooster for the cases to be brought before the court. Anyways we have number is options to mention the same and bring before the court. Or by filling additional any urgency petition to hear the case.
