Hiding facts to gain Government scheme

I know a family they are financially settled with residential flats (2 on the name of mother, 4 on the name of father) as part of their land development. They have taken white ration card. but they failed to update their ration card to pink or cancel the white. Instead they went forward to take government benefits like Fee reimbursement to their child for completing B.Tech by hiding the facts. How can I approach court or someone to investigate on this? I have to prove this fraudulent character.

hi you could give an compliant to revenue authorities detailing the activities done by him and that hoe he had done fraud and to take necesaary action against them for commiting fraud upon the authorities
